Walls in surgical units are made using frame panels with gypsum liners, which allows
to increase heat and sound isolation along with increasing the integrity of the walls.
(1) The rectangular frame sections are galvanized, size 50mm*30mm.
(2) Wall panels:
А) Wall panels are installed without welding. Stainless aluminum, thickness 1.2mm. High corrosion resistance
completely solves the problem of rust on the walls. The surface is treated with electrostatic spray. Color depends
on customer’s choice. Wear-resistant silicon sealant provides a solid tight docking, thereby prolonging the
lifespan of panels to more than 20 years. More than that, high elasticity of the sealant reduces possibility of
deformation of the panels in case of temperature changes.
- B) Electrolyte wire panel, thickness 1.2mm. Shock, surface with electrostatic spraying, heat treatment, usage
up to 30 years. No raphes and dead corners, color at the customer’s discretion.
(3) Corners between walls, between wall and roof, between wall and floor are rounded, no sharp corners. In addition
to improving visual attractiveness, it reduces the amount of dust and vortex flow, increases the qualityof treatment and
provides favorable conditions for air circulation.
(4) Silicone adhesive, which is resistant to aging, used for docking and ensuring sealing of the surgery unit. Silicone
adhesive – very flexible sealant and can counteract wall deformation when the temperature changes. Durability
exceeds 20 years.
